Rashad Niyazov was born in 1981 in Baku. He graduated faculty International Law in 2002.
He started to work at Hyatt Regency Baku as Housekeeping attendant in 2003. Rashad Niyazov in 2005 transferred to Front Office as Guest Service officer, in 2006 he promoted to the position Team Leader Front Office, in 2007 he promoted as Assistant Front Office Manager. In 2015 Rashad transferred to Executive Office and promoted as Guest Experience Manager at the same company. He was responsible for analyses guest feedbacks from hotel feedback questionnaire and social online reviews and suggest ways to improve rating. Communicate all operating policies or issues at department meetings. Rashad was member of Special Situation Management as a Deputy Chief Warden.
Since October 2019 Rashad Start to work as Classification Manager at Azerbaijan Hotel association.
