Eldar Alimuradov is an established senior hospitality professional with a total of twenty-three years of extensive experience in the Hospitality industry (hotel and airline sectors). Being complex and comprehensive organisms, hotels and their operations require holistic approach to be applied to. In these terms, having spent most of his career working for large international hotel chains like Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott, he has had a unique opportunity to gain rich knowledge about the Hotel industry.

Since 2017 to date, Mr. Eldar has been holding leadership positions and been responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of the operations processes. In his current capacity of General Manager of the Marriott Courtyard Baku Hotel he oversees the whole functioning process of the hotel with a total area of 15,000 sq.m and 365 rooms inventory, second largest Hotel in Azerbaijan.
